If you’re looking for a taste of the orient, then you can’t go wrong with these delicious Thai mini-meatballs – fresh, flavoursome and full of healthy ingredients.
Ingredients for approx. 40 meatballs
400g minced lamb
4 to 6 spring onions
1 tablespoonn chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon chopped mint
salt and pepper
sweet chilli sauce
You can also serve these little meatballs as a starter, with a salad.
The harissa paste adds a nice chilli kick.
